Good phone crippled by Apple
Certain things just seem like they don’t have to be missing, LOG recording, RAW photos, how difficult would it have been to add the action button? – Plus 60hz display still does make the phone feel needlessly sluggish, no always on display.It’s frustrating that Apple are taking really basic or software only things and removing it just to force people to the Pro. I don’t want the useless 3x zoom lens, I don’t want the titanium, I don’t need the latest chip, but basic software features and a mode modern display should’ve made it to this phone.

Cannot be turned on
I just used it for one day, and it went straight black: it cannot be turned on, and forced restart won’t help, I tried every possible way to charge it/turn it on, but all failed. I doubt that Amazon just sends broken items to customers from day to day.

It’s a phone
Went from the 14 pro to a Samsung s23 only to find I hate android. Decided I didn’t want the pro version this year now the normal 15 has the dynamic island and matte back glass and glad I got this phone. It’s probably my favourite iPhone to date just a shame it’s not 120hz

A over priced phone.
I got this for my daughter as it was way cheaper than buying a contract phone, she was made up with it, and that’s all that matters, but to be honest it’s an overpriced item in my opinion.Everything you would expect from an iPhone.

Lacks innovation
The iPhone 15 is a solid but unexciting update to Apple’s flagship phone line. On the plus side, the display is bright and colourful as expected from Apple, and the new A17 Bionic chip provides a speed boost over previous models. The battery life is decent and can typically last a full day on a charge. However, there aren’t many exciting new features this time around. The overall design remains largely unchanged from the iPhone 14, with the same notch at the top of the display. The camera system is improved but still trails some Android competitors. There are incremental updates like the new Dynamic Island UI for the front-facing camera and USB-C charging, but nothing groundbreaking. For many longtime iPhone users, the iPhone 15 will feel very familiar and deliver the same great experience you’d expect. But it lacks any major innovations that really justify an upgrade from recent models. At this point, the iPhone line feels stale and in need of a refreshed design or truly new capabilities to be exciting again. Unless you’re upgrading from a much older iPhone, you can likely skip this cycle and wait to see if future releases bring bigger changes

A tough call – do I really love it?
A trade up from my trusty iPhone 6S (which was becoming less trusty by the day, suffering from a rapidly depleted battery after very little daily use). First impressions of the iPhone 15 – by comparison, a bland, uninteresting design in an uninspiring choice of colours. I’m getting used to the face recognition, which seems very efficient, even in low light, but I find less universally adopted by some of the apps I use, compared to touch ID. Battery life is excellent – with my conservative use, I find I can go three or four days between charges. I was impressed by how easy it was to transfer the settings etc. from my old ‘phone to the new one – I was up and running in very little time. Probably the most significant improvements over its immediate predecessor are in the area of capturing pictures – something I tend to do with a camera, being a bit old-school (I really should try to get with the programme!). There’s no socket for a headphone jack, so I’ve been obliged to purchase a modestly priced pair of Bluetooth earbuds and I find they work very well with streamed music. Image quality is good – as you’d expect – and the phone has the capacity to do a great deal more than I will ever ask of it. For someone who will make extensive use of its features, the iPhone 15 probably represents great value for money; for me, probably less so.

What can I say , can’t go wrong with iPhones . Upgraded from XR to this 15 model . Absolutely loved the xr , this is slightly narrower but not much and fits into the hand comfortably. Nice additional features and upgraded camera which is on a par with the previous pro models .

The phone is great. Amazon is cheap. I ordered the phone during a discounted time and Amazon will refuse to exchange it and will only refund me, meaning I will need to pay more if I want to rebuy the item. Terrible customer service.

Going from iphone 11 -> 15. Noticeably better camera, quicker, smoother motions, etc. Better volume on calls, battery life ok. Lovely to hold, well balanced so not toppling out my hand. All in all – fine – does the job. :)Minor point: I really don’t like the dynamic island. Just seems surplus to requirements; should have option to turn off (maybe there is – I haven’t looked into it yet).Another minor point: Frustrating to have to buy a new plug, plus adaptors for the car. Just extra expense on the consumer for what used to be free or something already present in the house. Extra expense but also a 24h wait for a plug to arrive.
